Restaurant Services

Silver Oak provides fine dining services at our restaurant located at Paseo Marítimo 186, 50295 Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain. Our services include table service dining, beverage service, special event hosting, and related hospitality services.

Reservations are recommended and may be required for certain times and services. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion, particularly in cases of inappropriate behaviour, violation of our dress code, or other circumstances that may affect the dining experience of other guests.

Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, respect other guests and our staff, and follow any reasonable instructions from our management.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when making reservations or contacting us. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your reservation or special requirements, including dietary restrictions or allergies.

You agree not to engage in any behaviour that could disrupt other guests' enjoyment, damage our property, or harm our reputation. This includes but is not limited to excessive noise, inappropriate language, or disruptive conduct.

When using our website, you agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with our website's functionality, or use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time and seating arrangements, but cannot guarantee specific table assignments unless previously arranged for special events.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or significant changes to reservations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges or restrictions on future bookings, particularly for large parties or special events.

For special events or large group bookings, different terms and deposit requirements may apply. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Silver Oak or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent. This includes our recipes, proprietary cooking methods, and business processes.

The Silver Oak name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Silver Oak S.L. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.

Payment and Pricing

Payment for dining services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and other methods as posted at our restaurant.

All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Gratuities are at your discretion, though a service charge may be added for large parties as indicated on your bill.

For special events or catering services, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Oak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Silver Oak for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of our website content or the content of any sites linked to our website. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of our website.

While we take reasonable precautions regarding food safety and allergen management, we cannot guarantee that our food will be suitable for all dietary requirements or free from all allergens.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Silver Oak regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements between us relating to the subject matter herein.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, inappropriate behaviour, or violation of applicable laws.

You may discontinue your use of our services at any time. However, any outstanding obligations, including payment for services already provided, will survive termination.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
